What personal data do we process?

Invoicing            

If you place an order with us, we also process data required to send invoices and process payments for the services we provide. In addition to your contact details, this includes your bank account number and any other payment details.

 

Contact

If you contact us via the contact form on the website, by e-mail or by phone, we process the data you provide. This includes the contact details you provide to us (name, e-mail address, phone number) and the reason why you contact us (e.g. because you have a question).

Analysis of website visitors

Finally, we process analytical data about (the computer of) visitors to our website, via cookies that are placed when you visit the website. These cookies store (part of) the visitor's IP address.

For what purposes and on what basis do we process personal data?

 

Billing

We use the payment details you have provided to invoice work. This processing is necessary to execute the agreement you conclude with us.

We use the contact details you provide to us to contact you, to enable you to log in to our website or to answer a question. We process this personal data because it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest, namely the interest of being able to carry out our work and obtain new orders.

 

Analysis of website visitors

The data we collect on website visitors is only used to keep statistics on website visits (e.g. to see which pages are most frequently viewed). The data is kept anonymised.

 

How long do we keep your personal data?

Administration

We keep our records, including invoices and other records on which the parties' personal data are listed, for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in order to comply with tax retention obligations.

 

Other contact data

We retain other contact data for one year after the last contact, unless you request us to delete it earlier.

 

Website visitor analysis

Website visitor data is kept for two years after the website visit, these are the default settings of Google Analytics.
